Connection Fiber and NetFiber operate symmetrical fiber-to-the-home services. Typical download / upload / latency values are listed in each plan's broadband consumer label and are subject to validation.
Congestion management
Traffic is not throttled or capped under normal residential use. Under exceptional conditions affecting other customers, the operator may apply temporary, content-neutral congestion management. Specifics: TODO confirm with network engineering.
Application-specific behavior
